It was in a brilliant location near to pubs and cafés. Had absolutely gorgeous and beautiful room with a lovely bed, so I slept well. Truly enjoyed my fabulous stay and would stay here again.

We had generous, great breakfast with ceral. Stunning very central location really close to the harbour, and the cafe below between 9am & 10am.

The hotel was fairly clean and perfect for shopping. The most important was the staff - amiable and pleasant people. The room was a decent size and tastefully decorated; the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with ceral, the location was good.

That's a comfy place when visiting Conwy for shopping. The staff is fairly friendly and incredibly nice and the food is fab. Fantastic location next to the cafe downstairs, the coffee shop below, and center of Conwy, it's very central.
